COMMENTS: Before any changes are made to the City of Regina bylaws, there would need to be public consultations to evaluate what changes, if any, should be made. The key element is a balanced and fair policy that takes into account community interests.

COMMENTS: I support the current policy of the City of Regina, which puts emphasis on public education on public education on the prudent and proper use of pesticides and emphasizes the use of alternative applications and methods.
